Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using MoneyMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are a legal agreement between you and Riftova.

2. Who we are

MoneyMap is provided by Riftova. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our", we mean Riftova. You are contracting with Riftova for the use of this service.

3. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing the service, or continuing to use MoneyMap, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using MoneyMap on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Misuse and prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use MoneyMap for any unlawful purpose
• Engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service
• Use automated tools to scrape, probe, or overload our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

5. Intellectual property

Riftova retains all ownership rights in MoneyMap, including its software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service within your selected plan, subject to these Terms.

6. Service level

We aim to keep MoneyMap available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Payments and subscriptions

MoneyMap offers both free and premium plans. For premium features, payment processing, billing, tax collection, and subscription management are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com. By subscribing, you agree that Paddle may process your payment information in accordance with its terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Paddle account or by contacting support. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Paddle Merchant of Record disclosure

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Account credentials and accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MoneyMap for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riftova's aggregate liability is capped at the total fees you paid in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Riftova operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
