We want you to be fully satisfied with MoneyMap. If you're not happy with your Premium subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the refund request flow associated with your order. Alternatively, you can contact our support team and we will facilitate the request with Paddle on your behalf.
What is covered
- First-time Premium subscription purchases
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Cases where the service does not materially match the description
What is not covered
- Refunds requested after the 30-day window has passed
- Refunds for renewals where you did not cancel before the billing date
- Refunds for accounts terminated due to breach of our Terms of Service
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period unless it falls within the 30-day money-back guarantee window.
